Each town along the Amalfi Coast holds attractions which captivate the traveller, most of which renowned of course the amazing views from nearly every corner.

Don’t miss the wild chaos of Naples and the many museums; Amalfi with its enormous cathedral and buzzing harbour with boat trips to Grotto dello Smeraldo; Positano, one of the more exclusive towns, with multi-coloured houses perched precariously on a cliff; Ravello, with its captivating views and romantic strolls; Sorrento, one of the most popular tourist resorts, with thriving seafood restaurants and a charming centre.

Also well worth a day trip, if not more, are the islands Capri (and its Grotta Azzurra) and Ischia (famous for its thermal spas). Both are renowned for their beauty and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for those who wish to get away from it all.
